Full General Conditions
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
Both reservation and confirmation must be presented in writing in accordance with the availability and specific conditions stated for each service of program. The quotation of a program or service does not represent a valid reservation and hence it is not accepted. The reservation must be explicitly requested. In this act, the customer accepts the payment liabilities and provisions, as well as the corresponding cancellation conditions.
THE SERVICE INCLUIDE:
Lodging in specified hotel or in a similar hotel if there is no availability, excursions, transfer, meals, guide service and air, maritime and overland transportations accordingly to each itinerary.
SERVICES DO NOT INCLUIDE:
CANCELLATIONS AND REFOUNDS:
Each program and service might have specific conditions in terms of subscription, deposit, fines, cancellations, refund, included services, additional conditions applied by operators and / or suppliers. Customers must understand and accept this, releasing Go Green Costa Rica for any liability on this matter.
PASSPORT AND VISAS:
When travelling, the passenger must be in possesion of a valid passport, visas or any other necessary travel documentation requirred.
Go Green Costa Rica explicity states that the company acts as a mediator between the traveler and the entities or persons who supply the services indicated in the itinerary, namely: Transportation company, hotels, restaurants, etc. Consequently, Go Green Costa Rica. is not liable for non-fulfillment or failure in the service provided by the suppliers such as: delays, itinerary or tour changes, baggage loss or damage, hotel room and seating assignments or unexpected cancellation whatever the cause may be. The company shall not be responsible for death or injury to a customer resulting from accidents, strikes, wars, government restrictions, quarantine, sickness, earthquakes, or any other cause beyond the control of Go Green Costa Rica In accordance to this, the customer waives all rights which he or she may have against Go Green Costa Rica for the feasibility of financial refund made on lodging, transportation, meals, losses, or any kind of injury in connection to the foregoing. Conversely, they will address their claims to the suppliers in accordance wiyh the general conditions stated in the contracted service. All contracted airlines and maritime overland companies are not liable for passenger when passengers are not physically on the plane, train, ship or respective vehicle. The contract of the ticket will be the only link between the purchaser or traveler.
Go Green Costa Rica CONDITIONS:
Go Green Costa Rica reserves the right to make itinerary changes whenever the company deems it necessary for organization and excursion development, as well as the right to cancel an excursion under circumstances beyond our control or in the event the number of passenger is not enough to perform it.
